Here’s Shalamar’s Right in the Socket (1979)…Their tunes are always so happy and upbeat, one can never remain in a bad mood for long when listening to them…Though I’ve been a Shalamar fan since I was a wee tot, I’ve never heard this song until recently. Now I wonder where has it been all my life?!?!?
Jackson 5’s Dancing Machine (1974) & Enjoy Yourself (1977). Michael Jackson was such a strong, innovative performer in his prime and there hasn’t been an entertainer that could top him since. Though I feel a little sad watching old videos of MJ, I have to admit that robot NEVER gets old for me…(If you’re obsessed with it as much as I, here’s a compilation video of Michael doing the robot.)
